头戴式口罩的戴法
(1) 轻捏鼻夹，将口罩放在脸上，确保能够罩住鼻子和嘴。

(4) 务必完全打开口罩，以尽量减少呼吸时使用的层数。
耳挂式口罩的戴法
(1) 双手穿过耳带，将鼻夹置于上部，把口罩戴在鼻子和嘴部
(2) 耳带应放在耳根处，从头到脚展开，使口罩的褶皱完全展开，这有助于最大限度地覆盖住面部，尽量减少呼吸所需的层数。
(3) 轻捏鼻夹，防止空气进入。
